It’s a good time to.../ It’s a good season for.../We can... 能够谈论最喜欢的季节并阐述其原因,如:   Which season do you like best, spring, summer, fall or winter? — Why/Why do you like it? —Because... 能够应用一般现在时询问天气并作出回答,如:   —What’s the weather like in spring?= —How is the weather in spring? —It’s warm. It’s a good time to .../ It’s a good season for ... /We can ... 了解字母s, x 及字母组合ur, wh在单词中的读音规则。 2. Skill aims   能够听懂谈论季节和天气状况的对话和短文; 能够熟练使用英语询问和描述季节及天气情况; 能够读懂一些简单的与季节和天气相关的课外阅读材料; 能够编写有关季节和天气的短文。 3. Difficult points   掌握询问和描述不同季节的天气及各季节适合的活动的表达方式; 掌握应用询问最喜欢的季节并阐述其原因的表达方式。  Ⅲ. Teaching procedures  1、Greet students and let students answer a question: How many days are there in a year?  2、Teacher acts and students guess :  fly a kite; make a snowman; climb mountain; go swimming  3、Enjoy some pictures about spring\summer\fall\autumn(教师说出不同季节的特征) 4、⑴Pair work:  A: What’s the weather like in spring?= —How is the weather like in spring? B: —It’s warm/hot/cool/cold. ⑵Teacher asks and teacher answer: T: Which season do you like best? S:I like--- best.  5、T: What can we do in different seasons? Now, Listen to 1a , underline the sentences  about activities in spring, summer, fall and winter. 6 Let’s play a game.:  第一关:比速度 Make a sentence as quickly as you can. (1 point)  第二关:视听快车 Enjoy the flash, then match the seasons with the weather and  activities.  第三关:听力填空 Listen and complete the conversation. (1 point) 第四关:最佳搭档 Work in pairs, after the example. (2 points a pair)  第五关:最佳小作者 Write a short passage about the season you like best.
